phtatya Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the phtatya online gaming website accessible at phtatya.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free-bet credits, or any non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by phtatya under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-fund stake placed by a Player on any game available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and phtatya's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "GCash" and "PayMaya" refer to Philippine mobile wallet services accepted as payment methods on the Platform.
• "PHT" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone used for all Platform operations, promotion deadlines, and support hours.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or phtatya policy.

By accessing, browsing, or using the phtatya Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, depositing funds, placing Wagers, or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the phtatya Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features of the Platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by one or more of the following actions: (a) completing the Account registration process, including ticking the acceptance checkbox; (b) making a deposit to your Account; (c) placing any Wager on the Platform; or (d) continuing to use the Platform after being notified of an update to these Terms.

phtatya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the phtatya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 21+ This age requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. It is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from phtatya or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of phtatya or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

phtatya employs age verification measures as part of its KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided. phtatya will report underage gambling to PAGCOR in accordance with its regulatory obligations.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the phtatya Platform at any given time. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or joint Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where phtatya identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, the following actions may be taken: (a) all duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed; (b) any bonuses claimed across multiple Accounts will be voided; (c) the primary Account may be suspended pending investigation.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.

phtatya reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Upon registration, Players will be required to complete the KYC verification process before making their first withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents required for KYC include:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address in the Philippines (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (GCash account screenshot, bank statement, or PayMaya account verification)
• Any additional documentation phtatya or PAGCOR may require for enhanced due diligence

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phtatya Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawal requests submitted — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified phtatya of unauthorised access.

You must notify phtatya's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you observe any transactions or activity in your Account that you did not initiate. phtatya's average live chat response time is 3–5 minutes.

phtatya will never contact you by telephone, email, or any messaging platform to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from phtatya and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

phtatya accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is maintained on the Platform's cashier page.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. phtatya reserves the right to void any winnings derived from third-party deposits and to return such funds to their source.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. phtatya does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All Account Balances are maintained in PHP. phtatya does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency at this time.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. phtatya applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method.

Processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically under 15 minutes; up to 1 business day during peak periods
• PayMaya: Typically under 30 minutes; up to 1 business day during peak periods
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (bank transfer): 1–3 Philippine banking business days

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

phtatya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have recently changed payment method details. These checks are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR compliance requirements and may take up to 72 hours to complete.

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. The phtatya cashier clearly distinguishes between real-money balance and bonus balance at all times.

phtatya offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions for Filipino players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all phtatya promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed the Account registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly allow otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, Baccarat, and certain table games may have reduced contribution percentages. Game contribution rates are listed in promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Upon expiry, both the bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds will be forfeited.
• phtatya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted a promotion in good faith.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. phtatya may decline to award a bonus, or may require increased wagering requirements, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy phtatya determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.

All games available on phtatya use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed on individual game information pages.

You agree to use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to manipulate game outcomes
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any Platform software or game
• Using the Platform in any manner that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Platform's infrastructure

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, phtatya reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. Winnings arising from a provably malfunctioning game are not guaranteed and may be voided at phtatya's discretion following investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtatya Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR as appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their express authorisation
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any illegal source
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute legitimate deposits made to your Account
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening communication directed at phtatya staff, support agents, or other Players
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform's security systems, payment infrastructure, or game servers

phtatya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own internal responsible gaming policy. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be logged out upon reaching it.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phtatya Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. phtatya will report self-excluded Players to PAGCOR's shared exclusion database where required by regulation.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net wagering position.

Age restriction: phtatya is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 21+ If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, or that of someone you know, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your phtatya support team or to PAGCOR's responsible gaming programme. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income.

phtatya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and phtatya's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by phtatya is used for the following purposes: (a) Account management and authentication; (b) KYC verification and regulatory compliance; (c) processing of deposits and withdrawals; (d) fraud prevention and anti-money laundering monitoring; (e) provision of customer support; (f) sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them; and (g) compliance with PAGCOR reporting obligations.

phtatya does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations (payment processors, identity verification providers, game providers) and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

All content on the phtatya Platform — including but not limited to the phtatya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of phtatya or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use Platform content for any purpose other than personal gameplay; or (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of phtatya's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal legal action as applicable under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtatya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtatya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phtatya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phtatya does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or technical faults, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phtatya's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by phtatya's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phtatya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, withdrawal conditions, fee structures, or responsible gaming tools — phtatya will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required to comply with updated PAGCOR regulations with immediate effect), the revised Terms may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the phtatya Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance via the support team.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and phtatya, you should first contact the phtatya support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. phtatya is committed to resolving disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe. Most account-related disputes are resolved within 3–5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the phtatya internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. phtatya will cooperate fully with any such regulatory process.

Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
